SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program

Goddard Park Hill Messages is the text message program of The Goddard School of Denver – Park Hill, operated by Park Hill Preschool Inc.. We send texts to enrolled families (school updates, closures, reminders and replies), to families interested in our school (tour confirmations and reminders, inquiry follow-ups, waitlist and space updates) and to our staff (schedules, coverage and work reminders).

2. Opting in

You receive texts only after you agree to them by ticking the consent box on our text message sign-up page. We share the link to that page by e-mail with our families, our staff and families who contact us or tour the school, and on a QR code posted at the school. Consent is not a condition of enrollment, purchase or employment.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies, typically a few messages a month, more around a scheduled tour or an urgent school closure.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for our text messages; your mobile carrier's rates apply.

5. Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that sent you the message, or enter your number on our opt-out form. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not send you any further messages. To join again, sign up the same way you did the first time or text START.

6. Help

If you have trouble with the program, reply HELP for more assistance, or contact us at 720-543-9797 or ddenver4co@goddardschools.com.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy

We do not share or sell your mobile number or your consent to receive text messages. See our Privacy Policy.
